Would a riverman missouri as detailed in your wants be a good trade for that gigas romulus, and is said gigas fortified, or are those the percents it came with?

The Gigas percents are unfortified. I grinded it to 8, but otherwise it's untouched. Can you give me the pertinent info on the Riverman? Stats, I mean.
I was asking so I could go grind for one.
Edit: BTW, I was refering to the really good new gigas, not the old, ok one.
