Considering both are in their class of weapons where they have the higest ATP at max grind, neither can have their element swapped, or be found with a different PA, and that Heat is a better element than Heaven, and Hollow Snipe doesn't exactly compare to Earth Bullet, and even if Emperor Axeon itself is easier to find than the Yasminkov M109, with those percents, it's exceedingly improbable to find another with such awe-inspiring percents, where for the most part, an ACC ADJ is useless on a Rifle because most of them are Ranger-only, in which they should have sufficient ATA anyways.
Personally, I don't see it being a rip-off myself. At least he'll be getting some use out of an item that I couldn't myself, and perhaps the same for him (except that maybe he could have had use with the Yas, but it's not like I would know personally). I see it as fair trade in the end, especially since Gunblades rule the Range damage class with the Heavy triple-shot conquering in damage. :P
