Psobb Private server?

I was wondering is this allowed? If not so then please lock this.

My friend has a small private server, I will not mention the name but if you want to join just pm me. There is room for about 2-3 more gms, and based on your age and time playing pso you could become one, Right now he only has about 11 people in it and about 2-3 people on most the time.
