Is it worth changing from the regular GC PSO to PSO Plus? Or is it too expensive? My most advanded character is in the VHard Ruins on lv 55 after playing for 50 hours.

PSO+ only has slight changed from Episode I and II. However, I'd say it is worth it. Extra missions means more rares to hunt, etc. It is a bit more expensive, though. So the choice is yours.
yes deffo , ive played normal for 500 + hours and nov that ive got plus there is alot more play involved
fire dome swirl quest
seat of heart quest
east tower quest
west tower quest
(on 4 difficulty levels)
+ all the extra rares to go with new enemy drops (east/west tower)
and if your goin to try and find sjs east/west tower are best (if any)chance!!
If you're able to connect to private servers online I wouldn't spend the extra money. If you aren't able to, it's still cheaper to just buy a broadband adapter than buy PSO+. That'll give you access to everything the plus version has to offer.
I'll probably get PSO+ then. I have a Wii so the bb adapter won't work also.

no i dont think u can go online in pso with the wii but i may be wrong its just what ive heard
No. The Wii can not go online with PSO.
