can you use a debit card to pay for PSO Ep 1&2?

I don't want a credit card nor will I get one just for this game, but I was wondering if you could use a debit card? I can get one of those (it's a Visa Debit card).

ah-hah...cool...I'm thinking about playing the game online, but I'm gonna wait a while (keyboard a bit too hard to get 'cos I'm not paying 100, give or take some, for one and I want to see if ST will ever be able to fix the FSOD and corruption bugs).
