Came across this deal earlier and thought I should probably share it with you guys. $159 shipped is a great price for a new 360 Arcade with an extra controller. Here's the link:

Nice, too bad I cant afford that.
I'd think about getting it so I could play Splinter Cell!
Awesome it comes with another controller though!
Maybe that was my biggest problem with my Xbox. No one to play games with.
Nice find Tomeeboy!

And that seems like a pretty good deal. Assuming you don't need a large HDD or Wi-fi. That ups the price to about 350-ish, if I'm not mistaken.
But who are we kidding? If you game, you shouldn't be wireless.

That is a great deal, though I don't know if I could live without an HDD on my Xbox.
The Xbox 360 wireless add-on is absurdly expensive and can generally be ignored, though.
Keep in mind the dashboard update that will be allowing you to use USB storage devices with the 360. Those could very well be a cheap alternative to having to buy a hard drive for this.
For wireless, I picked up one of these:
TRENDnet Wireless N Gaming Adapter
Cheaper than the official Xbox 360 wireless adapter, and it can be used with other devices (Note: when I bought one, it was $39.99. The price has increased for some reason, but it's still cheaper than the official adapter.)
