A 9/9 SN will be better though. The pakudac will only be stronger by a mere 4 atp points compared to a 9/9 SNG. And that is only if we get both upgrades (up to 20% increase on base atp).

Sorry you are wrong. A SN at 9/9 has 230 atp and at 10/10 has 250 atp. So with the update the pakudac will be 24 points stronger with the 20% 10/10 boost.

The base atp of the pakudac gets the 20% boost. That means the 49 value gets the 20% boost which puts the pakudac at 222 atp.
base atp of a pakudac is 212 plus 20% is 254... how are you coming up with 222..
the boost is on 0/10 stats not 10/10 stats
