Wartecher's Line Shield Guide for R missions

(EDIT:MALE HUMAN WARTECHER) I was doing this for my own information and realized it could be useful for other players too, specially ones that are starting out. This guide helps you choose armors that are not affected by the restriction of unit slots in the R missions. Also helps in the guessing of what you can equip at lvl 20. Please note that all I'm sure is that this works for Wartechers. Any other classes shouldn't use this guide as it wouldn't be accurate. Also, I left a space to write what you have available at the moment so that you can compare the %'S of the armors. If you have a particular armor with a high % definetely use that one if its helping with that particular mission. The purpose of this information is to be able to acquire these armors with high %, therefore maximizing both the % and the units used. Also, please note the end(Stamina) of some armors, maybe this is what you are looking for in a line shield for certain missions. This is only a suggestion. It's not set in stone, so you should play the game in a way that better fits your style. Thanks.

(Disclaimer #1: In no way I'm saying I'm an expert in this game. All I can say is that I'm an old school PSO ver1 Dreamcast player who started playing PSU a couple yrs back.)

(Disclaimer #2: I chose the Cati-senba for Sacred Stream/R because it offers the best evasion without losing a lot of defense. Of course it's a Light armor, so when we get to play that mission we'll know if we need different elemental defenses, that's why I put the note that any of them can be used, specially because no units can be equipped ).

What would make this document helpful is to submit DFP for each race.

Newman males cannot equip 66 DFP armors
Beast females have 75 DFP, so can equip serafi-senba/orpa senaba, baji-senba, etc.

Also, an armor like walker line may be more desirable for a mission where nightwalkers are going to be used.

LOL you are absolutely right, I forgot to mention that mine is for male human Wartecher. Added a note at the top. Well, I did one one of them. Any other members want to chime in and help the guide?

20/20 Wartecher DFP scores:

Human
M: 67
F: 72

Newman
F: 66

Beast
M: 72
F: 75

CAST
M: 76
F: 81

That means everyone can equip a Yamata-Senba (req. 66), not far off Serafi-Senba in terms of DFP at least, missing an extra slot but both CASTs get Serafi anyway.

So, Har/Quick, Cati/Power (or /hit for beast) and Cati/Rainbow are probably your best choices, with Sori/Mind as a nice alternative if you have an AT to do your party's healing.

What is this sorcery?

Okay, Newman M has 63, putting it outside yamata-senba range, but nobody plays Newman male WT anyway.

Also, everyone but beast female can use an Izlucre or Longboc, the 6* GRM (and Kubara knockoff) longbow. 10/10s are easy to come by. Lastly, Beast and Casts have the required ATP for the Twin Falclaws, putting them at a severe advantage, because... well... they're awesome!
