You need to pay for these items because they don't exist in the actual game data. You are paying the people who designed the items. And you are paying for the upkeep of the servers. And it's all optional so if you don't like the items you don't have to buy them

The Rouges Track Suit looks decent would like it to come in red with black and silver designs, but sadly thats a pipe dream.
