I missed this at first, but Sakai will be on the Nico Nama program "Game no Jikan" again tonight. It looks like the winners of the Niconico Item Design Contest will be announced and some new stuff shown. Watch it if you can. (I was kicked out, twice, from the last broadcast because I wasn't a paying member. Paying members take priority over free members)

So I was wrong about the Niconico Nama date. The official blog was updated tonight. The rate and method of determining which enemies flinch will be changed this time around. Previously, it was level based so high level enemies didn't flinch very often. However, in addition to level, the flinching in PSP2i will be based on size as well as level. The resistance to flinching will only exist in A, S, and Infinity ranks. This will it should be easier to make creatures flinch in higher level missions.
