I called it... sorta.
I called it... sorta.
So this is gonna be a full on expansion for download like AotI on the 360 or is it gonna be like AotI for PS2 where you could buy it. Or something else??
it's a disc, at least in japan, America is unknown. Sounds like it's AOTI for PSP2.
If the Infinity disc does have all the original content from PSP:2 then I might skip out on the original PSP:2 that's coming out in America soon(chances are low of me doing that though). I might actually try to import Infinity when it comes out in Japan. So long as I can find a site that has a translated list of stuff as I can't read, speak, or understand Japanese x,x
True, but not legitimately, for us USA players. It's easier and possibly cheaper to import the disc. Plus, download versions of 3rd party games, tend to get delayed by Sony. And, you need to buy a Japanese PSN card, which requires you to pay for shipping, and get a Japanese PSN account. You might as well get the disc version. Saves quite a few steps, especially if you don't have a PS3.

In the case of PSP2, the download version was made available the same day as the UMD version went on sale. This leads me to believe that Infinity will probably be ok. As for being in the US, all you need is the correct amount in your PSN wallet and you're set to go. It just takes a round about method to get the money in to your wallet.
Curse your ninja edits. You just need to find a good retailer (like a certain fellow whose name begins with M and ends with E). And there isn't a need for a PS3 anywhere in between. You can do the whole thing via PC or even on your PSP.
Phantasy Star Monster Hunter Infinity 2ndG HD Edition.
Hm...I think I'm on to something~ (aka this isn't the first time that a disc based expansion came out on the PSP, that had the full game and then some)
