If you get error 4041, make sure you activate your PSN account for "Game" via the PSP menu before you load a UMD.
Then turn your PSP off, restart, and it should work fine.

The dark is in a rare Boss teleport. I also got that in a strange fit of luck. I got that rare rainbow teleport in my first open mission run after getting the full game.
Gotta love them. You can get that rainbow teleport in even missions that don't normally have boss teleports.
However, just seeing the rare boss encounters isn't the only luck you need. Those boss boxes have to drop stuff worth any grain of salt. Alas, my first rare boss encounter, of the US release, yielded no good box items.
