Why can my friend join the online while I can't?
My friend can freely connect and play online with whoever he desires.
He tries to connect with me and he can't enter and I get kicked of my own game.
We are both using CFW he is using a PSP1001 with 5.50 prometheus and I'm in a PSP3001 with 5.03 Prometheus-2.
Exactly the same thing happened with the demo.
So you're using CFW to go online? I thought you couldn't do that in the official game.

Well, some people I know also had a problem like this on the demo, but I had none for the demo and none for the game currently.
Do you have PSNlover enabled in VSH and GAME? That was their problem, but if you have, another thing to check would be your fake region. It should be set to debug. Just so you know,
I appreciate your help there, I do have the PSNlover in VSH and GAME txts. I also have it in DEBUG I.
And yes... this been happening since back in the demo.
Anything else you can think of?

Could be a problem specific to your PSP model/CFW? Have you checked to see if anyone else with your setup has been able to play online? I didn't have any problems joining others' games on 5.50 Gen D3 on a PSP1000...

I'm beginning to think that it could be my router... no idea what else it can be.
And yes, another friend tried with a psp3000 and he was able to connect. Same CFW and everything else.
Just stop using CFW, and you'll be fine, end of story......that's the only real solution.
