I want to know if my game is defective I tried to login to online multiplayer in psp2 and got this error i forgot to putin the codethen I put in the code and am still getting this error should I take my game back to the store or emus there a reason it's not working thanks

From what I understand the servers for online mode are not up yet, so you will have to settle with single player for now.

I know it doesnt really matter, my psu number is 7007 and as low as
it is I regret not signing up earlier on launch day for an even lower number. I had the demo but I didnt go online with it once, would I still get my serial number from that demo copy?

you should go to the place where you bought it from and ask for a new copy. Be sure to say its 'defective'.
