GUARDIANs Uniform (male & female) was an item in the Wandering Peddler DLC mission. It costs 12 Photon Crystals and 3 Photon Boosters. Dunno how to get it in US yet.

I was also pretty sure GUARDIANs Formal got release in the JP version but I can't find the info on it right now.
EDIT: Oh GUARDIANs Formal came from the Maximum Attack Cross exchange mission. The various colors cost 10 of one type of the 4 different reward Badges from that event. Different color sets require different Badges.

You can buy the GUARDIANs uniform once you complete the story along with a ton of other clothes.

From one Regy to another (except you're "Reggie" heehee)...are the Ceremonial Wears there at the end as well? I really, really like the female one w/grey & brown!

I don't see female clothes with that name there, sorry :/ Maybe it has a different name though? There's even npc clothing in there now so I feel like what you're looking for would be in there.

If gettinng the GUARDIANS Formal(Which Is now called "Ceremonial Wear, for those of you who don't know )is the same as getting the Illuminus Coat, you'll have to beat story mode under Hard.

Complete the game on hard mode. It might have it. There is alot more clothing and items unlocked once you beat the game on hard.

Actually, I'm very happy they decided to go for full piece mode.
Nothing about them would change. It would just break the costumes into coat and pants.

FYI Sakai (the Japanese head honcho of PSP2) has stated its much more memory intensive making clothes that are split into seperate parts, rather than one piece outfits. Its probably a limitation due to the game being on PSP.

I learned to live with it. At least now I don't need to spend a while coming up with a decent outfit and getting the colors to somewhat match. >_<
