I loved Ranger X. I would suggest Chiki Chiki Boys and Cadash in addition to what everyone else has said. Chiki Chiki Boys isn't hard, but is very fun. Cadash, while not nearly as good as the TG-16 version, is also pretty fun.

Vectorman was awesome, but eh.
And I loved the Taz game, and one X-Men game.
