hector85 from the GameFAQ's PSP2 board posted that they finally did their review. And I have to say, it's a pretty damn good review really.

BTW, yes I'm one of those guy gamers that plays nothing but girl characters. There a problem with that?
It's a good review, although their score is a bit generous .
The final score does seem a little generous to me as well; I'd put it at a 7.5, myself. However, it's still the best entry in the "Universe" sub-series by far, and I'm looking forward to Infinity.
RPG Cliche #189: The Moral Of The Story (Ghaleon Rule): Every problem in the universe can be solved by finding the right long-haired prettyboy and beating the crap out of him.
its probably generous for the fact that its on psp. personally i think this could be on a full console with a graphic upgrade and double the max party size.
as a portable title i think its a good score
I think 8 is a fair score for this game.
I still think MH:FU is the pinnacle of action rpg'ing on the PSP, but PSP2 is growing on me quickly.
It took me a while to get into PSP2. I'm one of those old "Back in my day" and "Git off my lawn!" PSO'ers. But I'm coming around to it the more I play it. It's a solid game.
People still read reviews and are emotionally influenced by them?

For me, I'd easily list this game in my top 5. Then again, a Dungeon Hacker this good is going to make my top 5 on the system.
The main thing nice about the review are two things. It actually goes in depth to the possibilities of the game. This reviewer really put time into the game to see what it has before reviewing. I respect that. The other aspect is that the reviewer never forgot what system this game is on. A 6 year old portable console. And if you think back to the level of technology available on portable consoles 6 years ago, this is actually very impressive.
