Yes all functions works,I could connect to PSN store with no problem,even open my web browsers.I could connect to PSP2 server and join a room but like 15 mins or so this error pops up.Even when I'm trying to make my own room too >_>

are other people in your family using the wifi? i have had problems with our iphones booting us off our router so i had to go into the settings and increase the amount of devices that could connect .. maybe some one in your family is kicking you off the wifi?
guess that would be the answer to it >_> yeah too many people with laptops using the router and my sister has her ps3 too >_>

i suggest hardwire for the ps3 if you can. that would help for devices on the wifi and the ps3 can also function as a hotspot for your psp but only if it has a wired connection.
