SEGA Forum Maintenance Scheduled for October 13th

I must say, this is some pretty exciting news.

Anyway, tomorrow, there will be a maintenance to update the forum.

Hi everyone,

We'll be updating the forums tomorrow, Wednesday the 13th, to upgrade the forums to their latest version! This update will change the way that the forums look, making them a bit more centered - this also means that we'll be updating with brand new forum skins for all of our major forums following the update.

Starting very early in the morning US time, and late in the morning UK time, we're expecting anywhere from 8-12 hours of downtime while we perform the update. During this time, the forums will be sleeping quietly and won't be accessible by anyone except the special SEGA strike force who handle all forum updates.

Certain forums, like Sonic 4, will also be seeing new forum skins in the weeks following this update. Other forums like Phantasy Star Universe, Phantasy Star Portable, and Sonic Colors will also be seeing new skins very shortly after the update, if not as soon as it goes live!

We appreciate everyone's patience as we perform the upgrades, and we hope you guys will enjoy the many benefits that will be soon to come, as well as the new look and feel of the boards!

I think this forum could be a bit more 'centered' as well. This was completely fine 9 years ago but in this day and age, most people have pretty big, wide screens. I myself am on a 24" 1980x1020 screen and having to move my eyes all the way back and forth seems less convenient than if it was centered. But I should probably drop this at site suggestions.
