I don't really. Just wait until lunch.
I skip breakfast, always makes me feel like crap if I eat right when I get up. Had a can of mountain dew though, does that count? I never eat breakfast, and I usually skip lunch. Or I have a candy bar and a Brisk for lunch. Today I was fortunate and had bologna with the staff in Activities, thus a free lunch aside from a candy bar.
Tommorrow, we'll order out. But I never eat breakfast. o_O

If I don't sleep through, I drink a glass of whole vitamin d milk with chocolate carnation instant breakfast mix. Dinner leftovers are consumed. Otherwise, I have some vegetarian vegetable soup.
