I saw this weapon in a video so I decided to look it up. Apparently you get it by earning 100 titles, whatever that is about. Now, personally, I liked the PSO:BB version so much that I'm willing to painstakingly grind a character for this weapon. What would the fasted way to obtain this be, and how long would it take me(from level 10).

Also, is this item even any good? And are there other 'PSO' weapons in the game?

I don't have the weapon. I haven't played the JP servers since my credit card fiasco with SEGA. But here is what PSUpedia has on it.
