You can't? It's C rank i don't see why you wouldn't be able to unless it's one of those weird restricted items like Clarita Visas II. But if you really really want one you could always download a psp1 save file from Gamefaqs or something to import from instead of trading. Most of those saves are hacked I think but it wouldn't affect your psp2 save in anyway other than how it normally would since zip carries over.
You could actually just grab a PSPo1 save game from anywhere on the net and then transfer a character to your game and get the module that way..
