Ahh. I see Castle in the Sky. I also have a theme that's almost ready. Anyway, I have a couple of stocking stuffers even though I know lots of this story is getting rewritten. I'm just getting back here as a couple of other productions have been ramping up in the last month. There are certain things I don't want to go too fast with as they definitely have everything to do with the story and how things change.
I've been through it before, if the music is done way early and then changes happen, you end up throwing out a lot and spend a lot of time with wasted effort.

I'm glad to hear that your theme for Phantasy Star Prime is almost finished! I haven't heard any of your stuff for a while. I often listen to music that could relate to the source material for inspiration, so anything of yours that wouldn't change based on an altered story would be helpful. Also, considering we're still a long way off from having footage for you to observe to get a good idea for the flavor of the film, I feel that this will kind of be a collaborative effort based on the writing to meet in the middle. Your theme piece will still technically be the main theme of the movie, where Castles in the Sky is more of an epilogue/ending credits piece.
Also, the first film isn't getting a complete overhaul since the backstory was going to be mostly explored in every movie after the first. Only a few minor changes will be made in the script of the first film, so the things you've been working on so far are still valid. The minor changes will be made when I have a good idea of where the backstory is going. All requests I've submitted to you for music pieces are still valid too, as well as their descriptions to keep in mind when making them.

UPDATE: 12/6/10
I was working on writing some of the screenplay for, "Super Freakin' Theo!" when I decided to take a break and hop on the internet. I was surprised to find that our series, "Ask Gibby" seems to be rising in popularity. It turns out that episodes have been linked to at least 12 other websites. I had no idea the show was getting this kind of publicity! I thought it was only on YouTube. Most of the episodes have our company watermark on them and so far, from what I've seen, they seem to be giving us credit for the videos, so we can't complain. Here are the websites the show has been found on to date:

Someone pointed out to me today that they found Gibby on Urban Dictionary. I had to check this out for myself. I went home and hopped on the internet, and sure enough, there it was in black and white, definition #8 on urbandictionary.com. We must be doing something right.
