[EDIT] don't think I could because of the way shared storage works....but could I create a character in the demo without importing my PSP2 data, then, at a later date, import both the demo character and my other characters from PSP2 into infinity?

I don't think it will work. I know I imported my PSP2 characters. Then made a Dewman on the demo. But you can't really go importing two different saves. It will overwrite it.

While I'm really glad that it's out and that you posted a link to download it. I can't read that at all so I don't know how to download it. Could you(or anyone) post a tutorial on how to download it please? (am I supposed to click that link from my psp?)

Yeah, you're in my boat. I've pretty much just come to terms with the fact that I will lose my demo character and demo progress when the full retail game comes out. It's pretty fast to get to lv.100 in the demo and will be even faster in the full game with all the functionality available.
