Seeing as Conker is wholly-owned by Rare who is wholly-owned by Microsoft, I wouldn't hold your breath.
Then again, stranger things have happened. There were two Banjo-Kazooie games on the GBA after Rare was purchased by Microsoft and there was a Viva Pinata game on DS, so who knows?
(But yeah, probably not going to happen.)
Days of Ruin didn't have overly powerful CO powers, which I like.
