Farming Spellstones

Does anyone here have methods for farming spellstones? Especially Irista and Phantomite. For Phantomite I was using The 4th System because I can run C rank in 10min and it has that Pannon room, but results are inconsistent. At most I've walked out with 12 stones. At worst, 2.

Also I've started avoiding the shrine maiden because I fear that getting the Rare Drop boost lowers my chances of getting spellstones due to how rare drops are calculated: see here

Finally, what's a good rank to run missions on? I'd think C rank with low level enemies for speed and because they don't have as many drops so their area drop would come up more frequently, but it seems like I get more stones from B rank (or sometimes higher). Are higher ranks better or is this just some bad luck I've seen and it's made me believe that all missions are like that?

yeah im wondering the same thing as i have 100+ of all stones except phantomite so they are holding back my magashi leveling
