There is a man in the town, in front of the purple tent that you can have increase the %'s of your weapons. Increasing them is called "fortifying". To fortify a weapon you have to first grind it until it can't increase anymore. Then bring it to him and you can fortify your weapon for a fee, increases % by 5%. You can fortify any nature and you can do it up to 3 times.

Save before you start fortifying, it's random how many times you can fortify an item so if it doesn't let you do it 3 times in a row restart and try again.

Or you could reload until you get a +15% fortification in one shot.

LIES. You don't do it to add 5% and be able to do it up to 3 times. You can only Fortify it once, and you have a 40% chance of increasing by 5%, a 40% for 10%, and a 20% chance for a 15% increase. ALWAYS save and reload for the 15%, unless you want a half-rate upgrade that you wasted your money on. :/

This is true. Unless you want to needlessly screw yourself over, you may as well restart the game until you get your 15% boost.

LIES AND SLANDER. Max % after fortification is 65%, with the max pre-PF % being 50% and max increase for PF being 15%. 50% + 15% = 65%. I CALL BULL****.
