Storm Wand Bug?

I'm using PSO Plus...

Ok, to start off, I was using the Stack Bug and just found out that it makes Red Items Drop to 0. The first thing I did was take it off, and started hunting again. I was very happy, when on Ruins, the first box I destroyed, there was a Red Item!

It was a Storm Wand, an Item I was searching for a long time. But then, some minutes later, I killed a monster, and another one droped! The next day, I went to Mines, and found another one. And now, the same thing happened on Seabed. Is it really okay to this happen?

I found 5 Red Box in 2 days, and ALL of them were the Storm Wand .___.

It's probably safe to assume you are a pinkal. Even if you aren't, Storm Wand is still a very common drop. It's not a bug, you were just lucky or unlucky depending on how you look at it. You'll probably continue to find more of them and eventually you will become disgusted by the sight of one.

The Red Item drop rate does not decrease to zero per se. It's more like decreasing the drop rate to a ridiculous amount, but the appearance of drops is not impossible.

No, it becomes 0%. Reason for this is you are loading data which can't be loaded properly so a "zero" is what becomes loaded.
