For Bad Ending all you need to do is kill Nagisa in 4-2.

It's only taking so long because I'm doing Hard Mode as I get the screenshots.

Looks like that was a lot of work. As in, a lot of screencaps. That, and you had to rush through the whole Story Mode again just to take the pictures.
