Mikella at level 125 with over 242 hours, Averace at level 90 with 81 hours, Blace at level 53 at 29 hours, and 21 hours with neglected alts.
A total of 373 hours combined with level 125 as the highest. As for your question about having only 30 hours logged on a level 200, just take a look at the other responses.

Aegil got around 300 hours and is level 150, while Melody is in the 90-ish with around 80 hours, both Saki and Karina are level 6 with around 2 hours each, CMslaveCaseal gets recreated every 3 hours or so and EMOmar got 10+ hours by only getting killed on purpose in as many ways possible. That's for a grand total of around 500 hours.
127 hours on my Lv121 Hende. Pretty busy at stuffs, never went online, it's all about Magashi Plan and Gemaga.
250 hours on my level 164 main Gretel, 230 hours on my level 118 alt Pheno, and about 100 hours combined on a couple other alts levels 108 and 78.
Clearly, too many hours have been spent playing this game, yet no 200 to show for it. Oh well...
