is this the satellite internet hughes net?

if u have a laptop, u can install JP PSU on there, find a wirless signal and download the updates there. U then take the Sega folder and transfer over to your PC.

The exact one. Oh and I am doing all of this from my laptop lol. My pc can't handle high end settings like my laptop can. The service with Hughes Net is just slow. Apparently being in the country, its the only option.

well ur best bet is just go to a coffee shop or something and download the update.

EDIT: The "nope" was a test. Straight Mustang, there's no character limit here.

The boosted EXP from White Beast seems to be exactly an additional 50% more. Does anyone know what the current boosted PA exp rate for White Beast is?

Can't wait for the 25th to come! I imagine the new photon arts can be obtained by trading in Photon Art fragments. I sure hope GC isn't needed to get them.... . I'd be sorely dissapointed.

OFftopic question: Anyone know how to type slashes (/) in Japanese? I've been trying to search for units in player shops, but I have no idea how to type a slash "/."
