good place to find low level quest groups?

is there a good place to find low level quest groups? I find playing an MMO alone to be kind of depressing.

I've had some success at certain hours on the guardians colony 5th floor, but every other area seems to be a ghost town. Is the guardians colony my best bet, or is there a better place for lower levels?

If you speak about the japanese servers of PSU, currently the 5th floor is where everyone is because of the event. If there's an event like that you won't see much people playing anything else

Yes everyone is on the 5th floor because of the events there. I was approximately level 10 a few days ago, I'm now level 42. XP goes fast, so does leveling up
