You get them based on the level of the boss. So probably do missions with boss portals around B or A rank.

Your best off doing A missions cause A rank missions give you the best chance of silver badges from boss rewards. C rank= iron, B= bronze, A= silver, and S= gold.

It rewards you 50 silver badges if you can equip 15 A-rank weapons.

not always... ive gotten a lot of golds from A rank missions if theyre higher level. so the obvious choice is low level A rank/high level B rank missions teehee

As far as I've seen, even low-level A-Rank Bosses give Gold, so just do some average B-rank bosses to get silver...

Try fighting bosses between the levels of 50-74 for them. Anything higher gives you Golds.
