Should PSO2 have voice actors?

Well, we already had voice actors for cinematic cutscenes... So yeah, why not?

It'd be a nice touch if they had a voice actor do mission briefings and stuff like that as well.

Well if there's a single player mode they'll have to unless they plan on reverting back to a PSO style single player were everyone used text. I'd prefer the fisrt option

Well, some voice actors have a variety of vocal tools at their disposal. Really, SEGA would just go with whoever works cheapest, probably.
