1. How can i activate the Photon Blasts from Ogi etc.
2. How can i change the Weapons from Reve etc.

There's a command that you can select to have your partners use their PBs. They default to automatically chaining to yours, and that's the better option, IMO. You can't really control what weapons the CPUs use, but there are specific tactic that will make Ogi and Reve change to a laser cannon (which cancels your ability to hit A LOT) and a handgun, respectively. Hope that answers your questions.

Err... I havn't played the game in ages, so I can't remember exactly. However, the two commands that control your partners' PBs are at the very botttom of the tactics menu. They can be chosen separately from the rest of the tactics. The only command I remember for the laser is "play it safe," but there are others. Just mess around with them, you'll find them. However, I reallly don't suggest it with Ogi. The laser will prevent enemies from being hit for a second or so, which ends up reducing your overall damage output.
