..finally got the game!
Was shopping for some stuff in a Bic Camera, and a friend wanted to check the games section. I happened to see the game lying on display there, and couldn't resist.

It says "special pre-order gift", but I got it anyway. Dunno if I just got lucky or too few people pre-ordered it and they decided to give them away or something. :P
Not complaining though, I especially like the look on those twin sabers.

Old news I guess, but I'm just happy I finally got the game.
Now I just need to find the time to actually play it, but hey, summer vacation is coming up!

That's pretty cool getting the card. I thought it was a pre-order only but I suppose it's really a 'first run print' +. Nice surprise.
Hopefully they'll do something similar if it gets released in the US.

Congrats on the game & card! A pity you won't be getting those costumes until the end of the month at earliest though. I still haven't cashed in on mine yet either.

I had no idea the manual was in colour! I haven't seen a lot like those since the n64/ playstation era. Also never looked inside this one :P

It's not a lottery, Sega is specifically selecting the alpha testers from the applicants.

Been while since i checked alpha page but i remember seeing a requirement of living in japan for the alpha test and sega is no stranger to having their games imported that are jp only so it only being sold in japan i don't believe is reason behind it saying jp only.
