Atm for my Ranger C. Male

Shotgun CII (Spread Needle , stun baby)
Laser CII (Degahna Cannon and i got plenty of better cannons, but i just love this one :3)
Twin Handgun CI (Guld Milla & Twin Yasminov and Twin Glasher )
Shotgun CII (Spread Needle or different Shotgun element, but always with a stun effect) / Grenade Launcher CI (Bosses pretty much besides that new dragon, seems to dispel the shots also wrong element...;O)
Rifle CI (Infinite Corundum or Yasminkov 3000 serie and one other with )
    Rod (Shifta/Resta + Zalure /Jellen)

I haven´t got a real use for a melee backup.
So i usually just chain up with my Twinnies and go town with Shotgun for a finisher for bigger foes. ;D
Bosses is a different story, Rifle or Grenade Launcher all the way.
Unless it´s like Mother Brain or something pitiful, chain and Shotgun to the face! :O
    MADNESS!

    Sorry, couldn´t help myself. XD

    Rods (square - triangle, - R+square - R+Triangle)

    • All purpose Rod— Sazonde Damgrants, Fobasu Gifoie (got the general setup from an infinity megashi youtube run. Pretty sure it was somebody on this forum)
    • Boost Rod— deband shifta, Fobasu Resta Lv10
    • Wand w/ sazonde + Shield (for when I know I won't be able to roll dodge - usually only considered against certain bosses)
    • Earth— Radiga Diga, X Gidiga
    • Light— Grants Damgrants (companion for Wand, as it allows blocking)
    • Longbow CSII (for tech resistants - only for chain break)

I'll go through almost any mission only using the all-purpose and boost rod, excepting ones with many light, fire or tech resistants.

    Hunter main.

Dios Despertar - All purpose main weapon
Endif - For high-lock bosses, humanoid enemies, small mobs
Hagal + Gleaming Trickster - Fill-in for the ice Despertar I don't have

Guld Milla (CS1) - For bosses
Black Rebellion (CS1) - For bosses
Edel Arrow (CS2) - For the tech-resistant Brigantiers in Dying Galaxy when I'm playing Force

Examination (Foverse/Zalure) - For strafe Foverse
    Psychowand (Foverse/Resta/Deband/Shifta) - Support rod
Psychowand (Sazonde/Gizonde) - Sazonde rod, also for Gizonde against Dios when I'm playing Force
Psychowand (Gizonde/Sazonde) - Sazonde → Sazonde gives you the highest DPS against single lock enemies, so you need two rods to switch

It seems that most forces prefer to be able to block with their rods over having 2 extra techs present. Do you guys find blocking really that important with them? I'm finding that techs present a large 'no block' void in comparison with most weapon attacks/ PAs, and prefer to roll knowing there won't be a chance of me smiling there and eating a very heavy hit/ dying. That and foverse helps a lot in this regard now. Not to mention the boost for having techs equipped that share the same element as the rod.
