Uber, I am glad to see that you are at least willing to admit the unlikeliness of an official announcement going off of their history with the English DLC. Am I a reliable source? Maybe, but I'm not someone from Kotaku, IGN, etc. I'm simply a dedicated Phantasy Star fan, PSO-world member, and an employee for a non-Sega-related gaming company. I wouldn't lie about something that I myself would love to see get a translated version, but as you have both proven, my word is not enough. I do wish you both the best of luck in terms of comfort and patience with your wait.

Lets consister how a big deal E3 is and how Sega is busy with alot of new games, Remember in one interview one of the developers said that he didn't think Phantasy Star Universe would even get this far in the US, Lets all think back when Miyamoto said about Donkey Kong Country, Stating any gamer would play a bad game as long as it has good graphics, Well that comment was a stress induced one, perhaps Ruby just said something out of top of his head, perhaps it's not going the way he wanted and he was frustrated at that moment, I don't know, if PSP2i doesn't come I'll just move on to the next game.
