where do you get it? I checked all trade missions but I dont get any reward items like God Hand.

Reward items that come from kills, like the God Hand and Giga Phone come from a post event trade mission. "Reward" items, like the Dark Flow and Furin Kazan, come from the mission result screen. Those are just something you need to be lucky with.

You can get Dark Flow as a reward? I'm assuming this is for Infinity only, would be stupid to give Dark Flow on A
