You need ot clear 20 blocks to get S Rank.

Clear all twenty blocks and prior to entering the gate on 21 use a Ki. You will get S rank.

Start again and run blocks 21-40. Do you get another S-Rank?

I am going to assume yes cause that's another 20 blocks cleared...
