doubt about player match up

i have a doubt, can i post a topic in player match up gathering people to play in a private server of PSOBB? like ultima or ********?

As you can't mention the name of private servers (dem's the rules), probably not. There's a good chance that there's plenty of people on these forums that are on that second one you listed. If you want to make match ups for BB you can. Just don't mention the specific server and talk between PM's.
