I can't synthesis Grinder S'!! :(

I saved up about 2 1/2 stacks of grinder Base S's so that i could hopefully make some S+10's for this grind boost but it won't let me synthesis any

I have about 15 boards in, a stack of Base S' and room in all my storages and my inventory and i have no stacks of any type of grinders so I don't know why its not letting me synthesis any :/
