I don't think there is a such thing as a PA with 4 parts. 3 is the max combo.

Also that knuckles PA is pretty broken on PSP2. I can go full missions without getting hit just spamming that 1 PA. It doesn't work so well if the monster doesn't flip/fall/pause but still useful.

I'm assuming a lot of the stats will be completely different in translation to PSU.

yup, i don't think any of the PAs will be the same as PSP2. Makes it even more interesting to go out and get them and lvl them up
