Ok, here's the deal. I'm Gamecube PSO doing Skyly runs in "Grave's Butler" in ultimate mode. I am trying for the Red Sword dropped by Govulmer or Chainsawd from Vulmer. from Govulmers I've gotten 2 Photon Drops from Govumlers and 1 Photon Drop from Vulmers. I'm on my 13th run, and i really don't like seeing a red box and getting excited, then seeing that text. I'm hoping to get that Red sword soon.

I've been playing ten years as of the release date of the Dreamcast version.

I lost count at 25 a while ago, but I've done lots of runs, and no such luck.
I'd accept a Sange, Red Dagger, Red Sword or Chainsawd. I ran into a Mil Lily, but dropped Meseta.

You know what's even more rare than a Red Sword? Finding good people in this community to play with.
