I assume you're talking about 360.
Seed Express has the best EXP per time spent, but there are no parties to join there anymore. White Beast would be the next best thing, and there are always people to run with there.
We can get a party. Just needed to know a better place than DM. I added the Xbox360 tag before the title of the post
