Here's my foolproof way to get more coins:

Bet on the right number/color.

EDIT: Also, your character's luck has NOTHING TO DO with your chance of winning at the casino.

This gives you, more or less, a 1/6 chance of losing everything, 1/6 of going down to half your bet, 1/3 chance of making a 5% profit, 1/3 chance of a 55% profit, and a 1/37 chance of a 360% profit.

If you get to more than twice your daily coin allowance, deposit the daily allowance and play with your profits. Then you won't be buttmad when you lose.

The colour and two ranges can be played around with, as long as you keep the ratios the same. Using my colours, red 13 will ruin your day. So would zero, were it not for that 5% tribute... but zero never benefits from red or black so it's a better ass-coverer.

Note: don't try this in an actual casino. While roulette operators can't always guarantee a red or black win, they CAN usually rig their throw to turn up in a predetermined area.
