I don't see anyone acting like that, it's more like when someone gets a rare mission in your party you kind of expect them to be polite enough to let you in on it. Instead of being selfish and spamming that you're selling it on the 4th floor. It's really quite obnoxious.

The reskin of the Sorcerer Rod is going to be called Gaozoran Rod Ecks, and the Twin Blaze is going to be called the Twin Love Inferno (it'll be the Sweet Death's skin, but with homage to what it really is supposed to be with the word "Inferno").

I would wait for a while. Very rare weapons in rare missions can take some time to confirm. Even then there are very few people around the forums/wiki in comparison to the game itself.

It was never a part of the plan to distribute the event weapons today. However, they will be making sure that the three star photon fortune and grind boost are on when they do come out.
