I'm still watching from the sidelines, but now I'm focused purely on Sonic titles. It's a really fun (albeit challenging in its own ways) job though - I left it only because a greater opportunity happened to show up at the right time. Good luck to everyone applying for the position!

But seriously, I wouldn't knock XSEED as they try even now, when NISA's being reduced to being a US branch for idea factory crossovers and Atlus is focusing inward.

Large companies are naturally a pain for niche ones to deal with, and Sega is no exception. I wasn't expecting Sega to let some niche company handle a game like PSP2i out of stubborness.
