Question about Rangers

Hi, i have a RAcaseal and i have questions about the build and mag.
I need more damage whit the guns, but i dont know what is better, power mag and 80 power materials or hit mag and 80 hits materials.
Please help me about this...

ATP is used for damage, not ATA. However, if you need extra ATA (not likely, RAcaseal has the best ATA in the game), put it on your MAG, not your mats. ATP gained through mats is influenced by shifta (assuming you play online) while ATP via your MAG is not.
