I recently obtained a Frigiand with stats as: 19/0/0/0/0 and no PA or element. I suppose that's not worth much to almost anyone though. I did find 3 different Morgenlotes in my HUnewm's trunk, they all had level 3 elements too, but again they aren't that great(Clair Doubles and Gigas Romulus both beat them out). I've been trying to find items that are of equal or similar value by Chaos's trading guide(which places most SH stuff in either Tier 3 or 4...).
